Trauma Simulator for frontline physicians who are caring for patients with COVID-19

Medical professionals of Rigas Stradins University, University of Latvia, Karolinska Institute and University of Washington, best Latvian software engineers, 3D artists, scientists, marketing and business people from Exonicus have developed training software modules within Trauma Simulator for frontline physicians who are caring for patients.

More than 18 million healthcare workers in the US alone are on the frontline fighting COVID-19, reaching more than 59 million worldwide.
Up to 14% of the healthcare personnel have been infected during pandemics reaching more than 100 deaths in Italy a week ago.
The appropriate use of protective equipment is the main tool to stop the spread and mortality between the main resource “healthcare professionals” in our fight against the virus.
The next step is to deliver the software to Society in Europe for Simulation Applied to Medicine, American College of Emergency Physicians International Board, and the World Health Organization to get the training system in hands of frontline healthcare professionals all around the globe right now.
