SIVA offers the program Restart your working abilities (3 days) is intended for people who perform intensive mental or physical work, regularly suffer from overload and tension. The program includes:

• Doctor’s consultation – 1x
• Pool and steam bath visit – 2x
• Therapeutic baths – 2x
• Full body massage – 2x
• Nordic walking in a group – 2x
• Psychologist’s relaxation lesson – 2x
• Living in the chosen comfort room
• Balanced meals (3x a day)
• Consultation and supervision of the attending physician
