The Jurmala State City Municipality

The Jurmala State City Municipality is a derivative public entity that, within the framework of its autonomous and assigned competence, implements local administration in the undivided Jūrmala State City administrative territory.

The representation of the residents of the municipality is provided by their elected decision-making body, Jurmala City Council, which consists of 15 deputies. Municipal administration is subordinated to the City Council, which is a set of institutions united in a single hierarchical system, formed by Municipal institutions and officials.
