The Program Extra is suitable for effective weight loss, for example, when preparing for a wedding or any other festive event. Five balanced meals a day, physical exercises, facial and body treatments.

Accommodation

More than 50 hotel rooms are available, in four different price categories. The area of ​​180 ha allows you to exercise in the fresh air and refrain from temptations. Duration of the program – 3-7 days.

Nutrition
