Health Center "Vecmāte"

My name is Anastasija Pavlovica-Vilcinska, I am a chief midwife (RSU bachelor’s degree) and a company and institution manager (RSU master’s degree). Since 2015, I have been working as a chief midwife, since 2020 I have created my doctorate – SIA “Vecmāte”. My work experience is related to patient care in gynecology, registration of pregnant women, newborn care, patronage, organization and coordination of daily work, personnel management. Since 2016, I independently organize a school for expectant parents and give lectures to expectant parents, as well as conduct consultations, home visits to new mothers, babies. In the health management program, I had the opportunity to fully and deeply acquire theoretical and practical knowledge about business management, human resources, public health and health care management, which gave me important, useful skills and experience working in health management industry to expand my professionalism.

Dina about herself:

All my life I have been in a close relationship with sports! Swimming, dancing, then weightlifting. And in the last ten years I realised that I want more peace and depth. I went to study at RSU. Health sports specialist. Each lesson is a complex of exercises that must not only be thought out, but also combined so that the lesson is maximally effective, and a lot of communication with people is required. No two workouts will ever be the same, you should always change the nuances according to the situation. To supplement my knowledge, I have graduated from the Spa School. I use several types of therapy in my work. I work with pregnant women, with new mothers. I offer individual programs for figure correction and back health, postpartum recovery, I invite you to massages, pregnant women’s exercise, taping, SPA anti-cellulite pregnancy/postpartum procedures.

After obtaining a higher education in management science and working in this field for many years, following the call of my soul, I went into the field of health and beauty. I received a SPA specialist diploma and continued my studies at a medical college, becoming a masseur. I have been practicing as a certified masseuse for more than 5 years. I am also a mother of two wonderful children. My areas of interest are health, medicine, children and psychology. I use a holistic approach in my work. Helping people, providing support and improving their physical and emotional well-being is important to me in my work.
