The doctor specializes in fetal medicine, obtaining a world-renowned diploma in London from one of the founders of modern pregnancy care – Professor Kypros Nicolaides. He is the originator of much of the approach we understand today by quality maternity care and pregnancy monitoring, especially that related to ultrasonographic screenings. He is also the one who created the first trimester screening as we use it today. Klinta Lisner also works at the Medical Genetics and Prenatal Diagnostics Clinic of the Children’s Clinical University Hospital, where she helps mothers with high-risk pregnancies.

Dr. Panova is a practicing radiologist who specializes in the diagnosis of diseases of the mammary glands and also performs radiological examinations of the abdominal cavity, organs of the uropoietic system and the thyroid gland. Dr. Andris Abele is a urologist-andrologist of the Clinic EGV. Embryologist with more than 25 years of experience – Ilona Joniņa. She received her education at the Faculty of Medical Biology of the Russian State Medical University, specializing in biophysics. There she received her doctorate, specializing in histology, cytology and embryology. She has worked at the EGV Clinic since its (clinic’s) foundation – since 1998, and from 2006 to 2016 – at the private clinic “Jūsu Ārsti”. Extensive experience has also been gained through work in clinics: Estonia (Elite, Tartu), Finland (Vaestilito, Helsinki), USA (Institute of Reproductive Genetics in Chicago), Russia (International Center for Reproductive Medicine in St. Petersburg), Belgium (University of Brussels, Center for Medical Genetics), Denmark (numerous ORIGIO courses), and also attended Kuwayama vitrification courses.
