Basic program for weight loss
The classic basic program is a weight loss program for gradual and sustainable weight loss. Five balanced meals a day, physical exercises, facial and body treatments.
Nutrition
- Five balanced meals a day,
- Wednesdays and Fridays are rest days,
- The diet is balanced and varied, and the meals are really delicious – from meat and fish dishes to light salads and warm soups.
Health monitoring
- Determination of body composition by the bioimpedance method, starting and ending the program.
- Calculation of permissible physical exertion.
- Daily health monitoring
Physical activities
- Morning walk to speed up metabolism
- Nordic walking – 2x a day
- Water aerobics – every other day
- Gym workout – every other day
Facial and body treatments
- Facial massage and lymphatic drainage boots – every other day (30 min)
- Body massage – every other day (60 min)
- Hydromassage – 1x per 7 days
- Charcot shower – 1x per 7 days
- Algae bath – 1x per 7 days
- Sea salt bath – 1x per 7 days
- Additional facial and body treatments can be chosen from the SPA offer, for a full fee.
Leisure activities
- Visit to the sauna and pool, upon request, every evening
- Classes on the Roll-up trainer, upon request
- Football, basketball, tennis in the gym
- Table football and novuss
- Board games and library
- Fishing with your own invention.
The cost per day depends on the type of room chosen. The price varies from 870 EUR to 1170 EUR.
