- 2013 – graduated from the Medical Faculty of the Riga P. Stradins University obtaining a medical doctor degree (MD)
- 2017 – completed residency internship training in dermatology and dermato-venereology at the University of Latvia
- Since 2016, Yelena Moiseyenko-Golubovich (Jeļena Moisejenko-Goluboviča), has been enrolled in the Doctor of Medicine academic studies programme.
She keeps upgrading her professional knowledge and skills by regularly attending world and European medical fora.
